Since 1935, Shade Tree Service Company has focused on the specialized vegetation management needs of utilities.

Headquartered in Fenton, Missouri, Shade Tree has grown from its regional roots into a multi-state organization supporting utility programs with experienced field teams, dedicated operational resources, and a long-standing commitment to reliable service.

In 2021, Shade Tree joined INTREN, a MasTec company, expanding access to broader infrastructure resources while maintaining the specialized vegetation management focus that has defined the company for generations.
